We invite you to join our Grandparents Giving Circle. Through this Giving Circle, grandparents help shape the education at Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County.
The Grandparents Giving Circle is an impressive group with more than 140 members whose gifts range from $18 – $18,000+. Your philanthropic support is vital to Schechter’s future.
Your gift – in any amount – is meaningful and significant. We are hopeful that this year, with your help, we will continue to help pave the way for Schechter’s future generations.
Giving Levels
$10,000+: Donations of $10,000+ include membership into the Schechter Bergen Shorashim Giving Society and four (4) tickets to our 50th Anniversary Community Celebration on June 2. These leadership donations help fund programs such as our Social-Emotional Health Program, Building & Security Enhancements, Dynamic & Engaging Educational Programs and Substantial Tuition Assistance Packages for families. Your name will also be prominently displayed on our annual donor wall, our school website, at our Annual Community Celebration, and in our 2023-2024 annual report. This level also includes for first time gifts, an engraved paver in AHAVA Plaza at the entrance of our school building.
$5,000: Donations of $5,000 include membership into the Schechter Bergen Ma’ayan Giving Society and two (2) tickets to our 50th Anniversary Community Celebration on June 2. Your name will also be prominently displayed on our annual donor wall, our school website, at our Annual Community Celebration, and in our 2023-2024 annual report. This level also includes for first time gifts, an engraved paver in AHAVA Plaza at the entrance of our school building.
$3,600: Donations of $3,600 include membership into the Schechter Bergen Ma’ayan Giving Society and two (2) tickets to our 50th Anniversary Community Celebration on June 2. Your name will also be prominently displayed on our annual donor wall, our school website, at our Annual Community Celebration, and in our 2023-2024 annual report. This level also includes for first time gifts, an engraved paver in AHAVA Plaza at the entrance of our school building.
$1,800: Your name will be prominently displayed on our annual donor wall. You will also be listed in our annual report and dinner journal, in which you will receive a Patron ad (½ page). This level also includes for first time gifts, an engraved paver in Bruno’s Garden, our eco-educational garden.
$1,000: Your name will be prominently displayed on our annual donor wall. You will also be listed in our annual report and dinner journal, in which you will receive a Builder ad (¼ page).
$180: Your name will be listed in our annual report and dinner journal, in which you will receive a Sustainer ad.
$18: Your name will be included in our annual donors’ report.
